1. Payments

All payments made for admission and course enrollment are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for admission fees are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Technical Errors: If a payment is accidentally processed twice or there is a technical error that results in an incorrect transaction.

Course Cancellations: If Sharda ITI cancels the course or the admission process after the payment is made.

Non-Eligibility: If a student makes a payment but is found non-eligible for the course or program as per the institution’s guidelines.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

If the student voluntarily withdraws after securing admission.

If the admission is canceled due to the submission of false information or document fraud.

If a student fails to meet the minimum requirements during the course after admission.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original method of payment.
